Training approaches and options

The courses listed to the left are best regarded as areas of
instruction. Each can be tailored for the client's specific
requirements, and can be merged or augmented as
appropriate. Courses can also be provided at different levels,
e.g.

- Awareness (1 day, for senior managers who need to
understand the function or issue but who are not analysis or
risk management practitioners)

- Fluency (2 - 3 days, for managers, analysts and planners who
need a reasonably robust understanding in order to increase
the linkage of their function with political risk management)

- Proficiency (3 - 4 days, for dedicated risk management and
analytical practitioners seeking to build on existing skills and
approaches, or indeed to instil baseline skills to jump-start
analytical performance)

Thus far training is in-company only, but future public courses
are under consideration and would be advertised on this site.
