| In practice, our services are defined by a client's situation and aspirations. No two projects are alike, and in fact there are as many project designs as there are possible client situations. Nonetheless, it is useful for purposes of illustration to provide some indication of the types of services that we might typically apply. We make a distinction between customer segments, and between strategic assessment and training. Strategic assessment is aimed at prioritising challenges and indicating options and plans to address key challenges, while training is aimed at augmenting the client's own skills in strategic assessment and planning in the context of political risk.
