We are aware of many key dynamics across different regions, and have an especially close affinity to the Mediterranean / MENA and West Asia, but we
are not country intelligence providers, nor do we specialise in specific risk management functions such as security or internal control. Instead, our value
lies in the ability to identify a client’s root issues, design optimal solutions, and integrate and lead the right resources to get actionable strategic insights.
Our engagement model varies from light touch advisory and training to more intensive strategy projects aimed at specific insights and planning outcomes.
We do not claim to have all relevant skills or knowledge in-house, but we readily work with the client’s own team, our own networks and the client’s
current specialist suppliers to help ensure that root challenges are cost-effectively addressed.
In each case, we put the client’s need for relevant and cost-effective outcomes first, and avoid selling ourselves beyond the limits of our relevance to the
problem at hand. We also believe that with the right guidance, clients can often bring their own internal resources to bear on a problem, and that
external expertise can augment, but should not replace, a client’s own capabilities.
